Ok, I am new to this blogging thing so bear with me. I will walk you through this tutorial picture by picture. The first picture is the Corner steps punch. The second picture is with the corner guide removed. To make the border you want to take your piece of card stock and start your first punch in the middle. Then go right next to that punch on either side and continue punching until you reach the edge of your card stock. Cool huh?! You can just run a piece of adhesive along the edge and attach it to your layered piece. Easy peasy! You can do this along the whole edge of your card as well. Are you loving this?
