SCS challenge

Oh, what a surprise - it's a cupcake! hehehe. I tried the splitcoast TLC160 challenge. You are supposed to take a cuttlebug embossing folder and ink up the negative side before putting your cardstock through. You can check it out in the challenge here. I used Pretty in Pink craft ink on chocolate chip cardstock and the swirls cuttlebug folder. This is a fun technique. One I want to play around with more. I also used a new cuttlebug diecut folder. The embossed cupcake is fun but I liked it better when it was all in one color.

We got dumped with 5-6 inches of snow in Minnesota and we're getting more today. Happy Spring! Happy Easter! The good thing about getting snow in March is I know it will melt in a day or two. As long as it's warm, it's good.

Have a great Easter everyone. I hope the bunny is good to all of you. I get to be with my large chaotic family. My mom rents out a church hall in my hometown of Austin, Minnesota. It's hard to fit us all in a home these days. I have mentioned before that I am one of 10 children. Between my mom, my brothers and sisters, their spouses and kids there will easily be 40 or so of us there. Good times!

interesting idea to ink up the cuttlebug folders. Are they hard to clean? I love the effect just afraid of the mess...
